These Terms of Service ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "you") and MantraBhav ("we", "us", "our") governing your access to and use of the MantraBhav mobile application and website at mantrabhav.com (collectively, the "Service").
By accessing or using the Service, you confirm that you are at least 13 years of age, have read and understood these Terms, and agree to be bound by them. If you are under 18, you represent that a parent or legal guardian has reviewed and agreed to these Terms on your behalf.
MantraBhav is a spiritual wellness application that uses Vedic astrology principles to provide personalized mantra recommendations based on information you provide. The Service includes:
The Service is provided free of charge. We reserve the right to introduce optional paid features in the future, which will always be clearly disclosed before any charge is incurred.
MantraBhav provides spiritual and cultural content rooted in Vedic tradition. It is not a substitute for professional medical, psychological, or therapeutic advice.
All mantra recommendations, astrological readings, and guidance provided by the Service are offered for spiritual, cultural, and personal enrichment purposes only. They do not constitute:
The Vedic astrological interpretations in the app are based on traditional Jyotish frameworks and are provided in a spirit of cultural tradition. Individual experiences vary. You assume full responsibility for how you use this content in your life.
By using MantraBhav, you agree to:
All content in the Service — including but not limited to the application design, interface, graphics, original audio recordings, written guidance text, mantra selection algorithms, and the MantraBhav name and logo — is owned by or licensed to MantraBhav and protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or sublicense any part of the Service or its content without our prior written consent.
The Vedic mantras presented in the app are ancient sacred texts from the public domain of human heritage — they belong to no single person or organization. Our specific recordings, translations, interpretations, and curation remain our intellectual property.
MantraBhav does not allow you to submit or upload content. Any feedback, suggestions, or ideas you share with us may be used by us without compensation or attribution to you, though we will never use your personal information without consent.
Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using the Service, you consent to our data practices as described in the Privacy Policy.
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, OR ACCURACY OF CONTENT.

You acknowledge that you use the Service entirely at your own discretion and risk.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, MANTRABHAV AND ITS FOUNDERS, EMPLOYEES, AND AFFILIATES SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE SERVICE, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.
OUR TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING FROM THESE TERMS OR YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE SHALL NOT EXCEED INR 500 (FIVE HUNDRED RUPEES) OR THE EQUIVALENT IN YOUR LOCAL CURRENCY.
Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion of certain warranties or limitation of liability. In such jurisdictions, our liability is limited to the maximum extent permitted by law.
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless MantraBhav and its affiliates, officers, and employees from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or in connection with: (a) your use of the Service; (b) your violation of these Terms; or (c) your violation of any third-party rights.
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service (or any part of it) at any time, with or without notice. We will not be liable to you or any third party for any such modification, suspension, or discontinuation.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms. We will notify you of material changes through the app or by updating the "Last Updated" date above.
You may stop using the Service at any time by uninstalling the application. We reserve the right to restrict or terminate access to the Service for any user who violates these Terms, engages in abusive behavior, or attempts to circumvent any security measure.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any dispute arising out of or related to these Terms or the Service shall first be attempted to be resolved through good-faith discussion. If unresolved, disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts located in India.
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid under applicable law, that provision will be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it enforceable, or severed if modification is not possible. The remaining provisions of these Terms will continue in full force and effect.
These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and MantraBhav with respect to the Service and supersede all prior agreements, understandings, and representations.
